Information is collected for the purpose of providing a better, personalized service, through the Moja Podgorica application.

To allow automatic loading of QR codes from the City Card, the application will request access to the camera on the user's mobile device. The camera will be used exclusively for scanning QR codes, and images taken with the camera are not stored anywhere.

In addition to the data provided by the user, the Klik Bus application collects information "DEVICE ID" from the user, ie the unique number of the device from which the application is accessed. This information is important to ensure security when using the City Card module. In order to eliminate the possibility of potential attempts of abuse, the data on the unique number of devices will be used exclusively for security purposes.

The Klik Bus application sends a request to users to allow sending notifications (push notifications). Users may accept or reject this service. The application uses the Firebase Messaging Service to send notifications, which has its own privacy policy, and is available at:

All are stored on a server that houses the so-called Backend, ie the part of the information system that the user does not directly access, and which is responsible for storing and manipulating data. This part of the system is protected by a special administrator code and additional levels of protection, which protect against unauthorized intrusions.
